Finding your email receipt in your inbox
Shortly after you purchase a subscription to Quizlet Go, Quizlet Plus or Quizlet Teacher, or a group of upgrades, you'll receive a purchase confirmation email from Quizlet.
After purchasing an individual subscription to Quizlet Go, Quizlet Plus or Quizlet Teacher, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a receipt.
Individual subscription receipts
If you don't receive this email within a few minutes of paying, be sure to check your Spam or junk folder.
After purchasing a group of 2+ upgrades, you'll receive two emails from us. The first email will contain your receipt; the second will include your group upgrade activation link and instructions.
Group upgrade receipts
Note: If a colleague pays for a group of upgrades on your behalf, these emails will be sent to them.
If you need another copy of your receipt, we'd be happy to provide one for you.
Requesting another copy of your original receipt
Please send an email to our Support team with the following information:
- Your name
- Your Quizlet username
- Your email address
- The email address of the person who completed your purchase (if applicable)
Requesting a receipt with additional information
Your purchase confirmation email can serve as your receipt. It will include your payment method, amount, date of purchase and automatic renewal date (if applicable).
