Using Test on iOS

Last Updated: Jan 18, 2018 09:39AM PST
Test mode gives you a chance to see how you might perform on an in-class test. To begin, tap Test on any set page. Your test will automatically have true/false, multiple choice and written questions. You can toggle off question types you don't want to see, and change the number of questions by tapping Question count

To start with definitions rather than terms, tap Answer with. On the next screen, you'll see the option to be prompted with your term, definition, or location if you're studying a diagram set. If your set is in two different languages, you'll see the languages listed instead of terms and definitions. Toggle on your selections and tap Done to go back to the Options screen.

To start your test, tap Start Test

Since Test doesn't save progress like other study modes, your progress will be erased if you end mid-test and you'll have to start over.

After you answer all of the questions, you'll see your test score and how many questions you missed. Swipe left to review your answer after each question, starring any terms you may want to focus on in the future. To start a new test on the same set, tap Retake. To take a test covering only the terms you starred, tap Retake starred

To return to the set page, tap x.
