Quizlet is prompting me to create an account when I already have one.
This means that you're not signed into the Google account you used when signing up for Quizlet, or you're signed into another Google account that isn't linked to Quizlet. You can double-check this by going to Google. If you don't see a profile picture in the top right corner of the screen, that means you aren't signed into a Google account.
If you select the profile picture and don't see the Google information for the account you used when signing up for Quizlet, that means you're signed into an account that isn't linked to an account on Quizlet. To sign out of that account, select Sign out. Go back to Quizlet and select Log in with Google. Quizlet will prompt you to sign into Google, and you'll then be signed into your Quizlet account linked with that Google email address.
Quizlet says I'm using the wrong Google account.
Go to Google and select the profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. If you don't see your personal or school Google account information there, that means you're signed into the wrong account — most likely a friend or classmate's, if you're using a shared iPad or Chromebook at school.
To sign out, select Sign out. Go back to Quizlet and select Log in with Google. Sign into the correct Google account, and you'll then be signed into your Quizlet account linked with that Google email address.
I'm not getting the username reminders or password resets I requested.
Check your Spam or junk folder. If you don't see them there, send us an email with your Quizlet username and the email address you used to sign up. We can figure out what's going wrong from there!
I think I have more than one account.
You can request a list of all of the usernames linked to a particular email address from the Forgotten page. Once you've signed into the account you were looking for, you can send us a message to get help with deleting the extra accounts you don't need.
Quizlet says that my username or password is wrong, but I know it's right.
This message could mean that your browser has outdated login information stored for your Quizlet account. If you clear that stored login information and restart your browser, you should then be able to sign into Quizlet without any problems.
I don't have access to the email address I used to create my Quizlet account. How do I get a password reset?
If the email address on your Quizlet account is out of date, send us a message with your Quizlet username, the email you used to sign up and your current email address. We'll update your account and send you a password reset to your new email so you can sign back in.
